1. Parties and scope

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern how customers and visitors use the services offered through reseryo.com, its subdomains and the Reseryo mobile apps (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Taha Erel ("Reseryo", "we"). Contact: support@reseryo.com.

1.2. Business accounts are also governed by the Business Membership and Services Agreement. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy and KVKK Notice, and cookies in the Cookie Policy. Those two documents are for information and are not contract terms.

1.3. You accept these Terms when you create an account or submit a booking. Visitors who only browse the Platform are bound by Sections 3, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20.

2. Definitions

  • Business: an independent individual or entity that lists its services on the Platform and takes bookings.
  • Booking request: a booking that has been sent to the business for approval.
  • Confirmed booking: a booking the business has approved, or a group-session seat, which is confirmed instantly.
  • Manage link: the personal link in booking e-mails that lets you view, cancel and, where available, reschedule a booking.
  • No-show record: a business's record that you did not attend a confirmed booking.
  • Business policy: the minimum notice, maximum advance, approval, cancellation and rescheduling periods a business sets.

3. Reseryo's role

3.1. Reseryo is a technology platform that helps independent businesses present their services and take bookings. The contract for the service itself (for example an appointment, table, room, class or medical visit) is made only between you and the business. Reseryo is not a party to that contract, does not provide the service, and is not the business's representative, agent or employee.

3.2. Business listings (services, prices, durations, photos, menus, address, opening hours, cancellation and deposit rules) are entered by the business, which is responsible for their accuracy and for keeping them up to date. Reseryo does not review listings in advance; it reviews content reported as unlawful under Section 10.6.

3.3. Reseryo charges customers no fee or commission and does not collect payment for services.

3.4. Bookings made with demo listings marked "Sample business" do not create any real service commitment.

4. Accounts, age and security

4.1. You can create an account with an e-mail address and password, with Google, or in the mobile app with Apple. The information you give must be accurate, current and your own, and you must verify your e-mail address.

4.2. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you use the Platform with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Where a service has an age limit, the business's terms apply.

4.3. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you notice suspicious activity on your account, tell us straight away. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred.

4.4. Businesses you add to your favourites are saved in your account. If a business leaves the Platform, it is removed from your favourites automatically.

5. Making a booking

5.1. After you choose a service, date and time, you are asked for your contact details. If you do not have an account you can continue as a guest; you then verify with a one-time code sent to your e-mail address. The time you pick is held for you briefly (currently 5 minutes). If the hold expires, you need to pick a time again.

5.2. Appointment, table and stay bookings are first sent to the business as requests and are confirmed once the business approves them. The business does not have to accept a request. If it does not respond within its approval period, the request expires.

5.3. Seats in group sessions with limited capacity (classes, events and similar) are confirmed instantly, without waiting for the business.

5.4. To prevent abuse, the following platform rules apply, and businesses cannot switch them off:

  • You cannot hold two active bookings at different businesses whose times overlap.
  • You can have at most two active booking requests with the same business on the same day.
  • The business's minimum-notice and maximum-advance limits apply.
  • Limits on verification code attempts and sends apply.

5.5. If you book for someone else, or add the names of other people to a booking, you confirm that you have their permission and have told them their details will be shared with the business. The business can see the names of additional guests.

5.6. Booking e-mails contain a manage link. Anyone who has the link can view, cancel and, where available, reschedule the booking. Do not share it.

5.7. Delivery of e-mails and push notifications cannot be guaranteed. Check the current status of your booking in your account or through the manage link.

6. Cancelling and rescheduling

6.1. You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking before it starts, from your account, the mobile app or the manage link. Once the start time has passed, contact the business directly to cancel.

6.2. A cancellation made with less notice than the business's cancellation period (as it stood when you booked) is recorded as a late cancellation and the business is told. A late cancellation does not trigger any automatic restriction on the Platform. Any fee or deposit rule the business has is settled between you and the business, outside Reseryo.

6.3. You can move an appointment you booked yourself to another available time with the same service and the same staff member, as long as there is more time left before the booking than the business's rescheduling period. A booking can be moved at most twice. Stays, group sessions and bookings the business entered in its own panel cannot be moved this way. Depending on the business's settings, a moved booking may need to be approved again.

6.4. The business may decline your request or cancel your booking; you will be notified if it does. Any claim arising from a cancellation by the business is against the business.

6.5. Your booking is governed by the business policy in force when you made it. If the business later changes its policy, the terms of your existing booking do not change.

7. No-shows, disputes and booking restrictions

7.1. If you do not attend a confirmed booking, the business may record a no-show after the start time and within 72 hours at the latest. It can reverse a mistaken record by giving a reason. You are e-mailed when a record is created.

7.2. You can dispute a no-show on a booking linked to your account within 7 days of the record being created, giving your reasons, from that booking in your account.

  • Reseryo reviews the dispute, looking at the booking records, the explanations from you and the business, and, where needed, proportionate evidence we ask for.
  • While a dispute is open, the record does not count towards restrictions.
  • Reseryo's decision is final as far as consequences on the Platform are concerned. Your right to go to court and your other legal rights are not affected.

7.3. Restrictions work as follows:

  • If you have 3 valid no-shows at the same business in the last 180 days, you cannot send that business new booking requests. The restriction lifts by itself once the count within the 180-day window falls below 3.
  • If you have 3 valid no-shows in total across at least two businesses in the last 180 days, you cannot send new booking requests anywhere on the Platform for 30 days. If the conditions are still met when the restriction is recalculated, the 30-day period starts again.

7.4. Restrictions apply both to your account and to an irreversible identifier derived from the phone number used in the booking, so they also cover guest bookings. While restricted, you can still sign in, view and cancel your existing bookings, and file disputes. A business can still create a booking for you from its own panel.

7.5. Restrictions are calculated automatically. To have a person review one, use the dispute route or write to support@reseryo.com.

8. Prices, payment and business terms

8.1. Businesses set their own prices. Where a price is hidden, ask the business. Stay totals are calculated from the prices the business has entered. Prices, taxes, payment methods, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, refunds, and the delivery and quality of the service are the business's responsibility. You pay the business directly.

8.2. Read the business's terms before you book. Your statutory rights as a consumer against the business are not affected. Reseryo gives reasonable support, such as sharing Platform records relating to a dispute where the law allows.

9. Notifications and communications

9.1. Transactional messages about your bookings and your account are part of the service and cannot be switched off. They are: request received, confirmation, rejection, cancellation, expiry, time change, no-show and dispute outcomes, and account security notices.

9.2. If the business has turned reminders on, you receive a reminder e-mail before a confirmed booking, plus a push notification if you have an account in the mobile app. You can turn reminders off separately for e-mail and push, from the link in the e-mail, from your account or from the mobile app.

9.3. Reseryo does not currently send you marketing messages. If we start to, we will do so only with your separate, explicit consent and in line with the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) rules, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Promotional messages from a business require consent you give to that business separately.

9.4. The Platform's notification area may show announcements from Reseryo and from the business you are viewing.

10. Reviews and user content

10.1. You can review a booking that is linked to your account and marked "Completed", within 90 days of the service date: 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment of up to 600 characters. There is one review per booking, and you can change or delete it within that period. This means reviews only come from people who received the service through the Platform. Reseryo does not separately verify what reviews say.

10.2. Your review is published with your first name and the initial of your surname (e.g. "Ayşe K.") and is shown to the business. The business owner can hide all comment text on the listing; the star average is still shown. Businesses cannot edit or delete individual reviews.

10.3. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Insults, threats, hate speech, other people's personal data, advertising or links, paid-for or fake reviews, and content that infringes anyone's rights are not allowed.

10.4. You can report a comment you believe breaks these rules to Reseryo with the "Report" option next to it; no account is needed. Reseryo reviews reports and may take down the text of comments that break the rules; the star rating stays in the average. Reseryo may suspend or close accounts that break the rules repeatedly.

10.5. You keep the rights in your reviews, dispute explanations and similar content. You grant Reseryo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence, for as long as the content stays on the Platform, to host, reproduce, display and technically adapt it on the Platform and to make it visible in search engines, and to pass it to the business concerned. Content you delete is taken down within a reasonable time, except for backups and copies we must keep by law.

10.6. Reseryo may remove, or limit the visibility of, content it finds or is told is unlawful or in breach of these Terms. Unless the law prevents it, we tell the person concerned why. To report unlawful content, write to support@reseryo.com with a link to the content and your reasons. Reseryo has no obligation to review content in advance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive accounts.

11. Deleting your account

11.1. You can delete your account at any time from the account page on the web or in the mobile app.

11.2. If you have upcoming active bookings, you are asked to cancel them first. An account with access to a business panel cannot be deleted until the business is closed or the account is removed from the business's team.

11.3. When you delete your account, your account and login details are deleted. Your name, e-mail address and phone number are anonymised in past bookings. The date, service, price and status of those bookings stay in the business's records with your identity removed. Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, ask support@reseryo.com before deleting.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use the Platform to:

  • make bookings using a false identity or someone else's contact details;
  • deliberately block capacity, repeatedly fail to show up, or use several accounts or phone numbers to get around platform limits;
  • mislead, harass or harm businesses, other users or Reseryo;
  • attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security measures, scrape the Platform with automated tools, reverse-engineer it or generate excessive traffic;
  • publish unlawful or discriminatory content, or content that infringes intellectual property or personality rights;
  • use manage links or verification codes on someone else's behalf.

13. Suspension, restriction and ending the service

13.1. In proportion to how serious the breach is, Reseryo may remove content, restrict particular features, or suspend or close an account for a fixed period or indefinitely. The grounds are: a material breach of these Terms, fraud or a security risk, misleading information, infringing the rights of others, repeated abuse, or a legal requirement.

13.2. Unless legal or security reasons prevent it, we tell you what we did and why at the e-mail address on your account. You can appeal through support@reseryo.com, and a person reviews appeals.

13.3. The no-show restriction in Section 7 is not a suspension.

13.4. Reseryo may discontinue the Platform, or a service on it, with at least 30 days' notice.

14. Intellectual property

The Reseryo name and logo (including the trademark application), the software, interface, design and Reseryo's own content belong to Reseryo or its licensors. For as long as these Terms apply, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited and revocable right to use the Platform for personal purposes. Business content belongs to the business concerned.

15. Nature of the service and changes

15.1. The Platform is provided to customers free of charge and as is. Reseryo takes reasonable care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, that any particular business will stay on the Platform, or that a particular time will be available.

15.2. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security updates or outages at third-party infrastructure providers.

15.3. We may improve, change or remove features. We give reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect you adversely.

16. Liability

16.1. Reseryo is liable, as the law provides, for damage caused by its own fault. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, and mandatory liability under consumer law is not limited.

16.2. The following are the business's responsibility, and Reseryo is not a party to them: failure to provide the service or to provide it properly; prices, payments, deposits and refunds; service quality and defects; the conduct of the business's staff; incidents at the business's premises; content the business publishes; and the business declining or cancelling a booking.

16.3. Unless Reseryo is at fault, it is not liable for loss caused by: you entering incorrect details; failing to protect your login details; sharing your manage link; e-mails going to spam or not being delivered; or failures of services outside Reseryo's control, such as your internet connection, operating system or e-mail provider.

17. Force majeure

Obligations affected by events outside the parties' reasonable control are suspended for as long as those events last. Examples include natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, widespread power or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, outages at infrastructure providers and orders of public authorities.

18. Changes to these Terms

18.1. These Terms may be updated because of new features, changes in the law or changes to our business model. The current version is published on this page with its date and version number.

18.2. Material changes that adversely affect your rights or obligations are announced by e-mail or Platform notice at least 15 days before they take effect, and where needed we ask for your acceptance the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you can delete your account. Your existing bookings remain governed by the terms in force when you made them.

18.3. Changes that are in your favour, purely formal, or required by law may take effect as soon as they are published.

19. Governing law and disputes

19.1. These Terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live continue to apply.

19.2. For consumer disputes within the monetary limits the Turkish Ministry of Trade sets each year, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place. Above those limits, the consumer courts have jurisdiction, after any mediation the law requires. Consumers living in the EU may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country.

19.3. For users who are not consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

19.4. Please send complaints to support@reseryo.com first; we aim to reply within 15 days. This does not limit your statutory rights to bring a claim.

20. Contact and other provisions

20.1. Notices to you are sent to the e-mail address on your account or booking, or through the Platform. You can reach us at support@reseryo.com.

20.2. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Not exercising a right does not waive it.

20.3. If the Platform is transferred, Reseryo may assign this contract to the transferee, provided your rights are not reduced and you are notified.

20.4. Reseryo's electronic records may be used as evidence, without prejudice to your right to prove otherwise.

20.5. If the Turkish text and a text in another language conflict, the Turkish text prevails. Ambiguous terms are not interpreted against the consumer.
