1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text items stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage can remember a preference or continue a process across pages.
2. Technologies used by Reseryo
- Language cookie: remembers Turkish or English for one year.
- Authentication cookies: securely maintain Supabase sessions and are necessary for sign-in and account features.
- Booking session storage: may restore an in-progress booking within the same browser session.
- Notification view storage: may remember viewed platform notifications in localStorage.
- Security and routing records: process necessary information for session validation, abuse prevention, and locale routing.
3. Analytics and performance
Vercel Web Analytics produces aggregated usage information such as page views and device type and does not use cookies in its default setup. Vercel Speed Insights collects real-user performance metrics. Reseryo does not intentionally send email, phone, health notes, or booking-form content to these tools.
If advertising, retargeting, or another non-essential tracker is added, a preference mechanism will be provided and this policy will be updated before use.
4. Third parties
Supabase may use technical storage for session and authentication, Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance, and Google for social sign-in when selected by the user. Their processing is described in the Privacy and KVKK Notice.
5. Managing preferences
You can view, delete, or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary session cookies may prevent sign-in, account access, language preferences, or booking flows from working.
Reseryo currently does not use third-party advertising or campaign cookies, so it does not show a separate advertising-cookie banner. If this changes, accept, reject, and preference choices will be offered equally.
