1. Parties and scope

Reseryo is an online booking infrastructure operated by Taha Erel, the owner of the Reseryo trademark application. In these terms, Reseryo means the platform operator and user means anyone who visits the platform, creates an account, or sends a booking request.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use. The Business Agreement also applies to business accounts.

2. Reseryo’s role

Reseryo is a technology platform that connects customers with independent businesses and transmits booking requests. Reseryo is not the provider, employee, representative, or payment collector for the business service.

A submitted booking starts as a request for business review and becomes final only when approved by the business. Service scope, pricing, delivery, business rules, and on-site payment are between the customer and the business.

3. Accounts and age

  • Account information must be accurate, current, and belong to the relevant person.
  • Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and account access.
  • Users under 18 may use the platform only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • A user booking for another person confirms that they are authorized and have informed that person.

4. Booking rules

Users must verify the selected service, date, time, and contact details. A business may approve, reject, or suggest a change based on availability.

A pending request expires if the business does not respond within its configured approval period. A user cannot hold active requests at overlapping time intervals across businesses and may have at most two active customer requests for the same business on the same service day.

A customer may cancel at any time before the appointment starts. A cancellation after the business's published standard window may be recorded as a late cancellation; any fee or deposit rule is applied outside Reseryo between the customer and the business.

  • Users should cancel a booking they cannot attend as soon as reasonably possible.
  • A no-show may be recorded only after the appointment starts and within 72 hours; the business can reverse an incorrect record.
  • A user may dispute a no-show from the relevant booking in their account within 7 days. A disputed record is excluded from automatic restriction calculations until resolved.
  • Three valid no-shows at the same business within 180 days restrict new requests to that business. Three valid records across at least two businesses restrict new requests across Reseryo for 30 days; sign-in and access to existing bookings remain available.

5. Pricing, payment, and business terms

Reseryo does not collect customer booking payments. The business determines any service price, payment method, deposit, cancellation fee, no-show fee, and refund terms, and the customer pays the business directly.

Users should review the business terms before booking. Service quality, staff, premises, pricing, and payment concerns should first be directed to the business. Reseryo provides reasonable support for platform records and technical processes.

6. Prohibited use

  • Using false identity or contact information
  • Misleading or harming a business, another user, or the platform
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated traffic
  • Sending unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content
  • Intentionally blocking booking capacity or abusing the service

7. Account restrictions

A repeated no-show measure only restricts creating new booking requests for the scope and period stated above. Reseryo may separately and proportionately restrict or suspend an account in response to a security risk, suspected fraud, misleading information, unlawful use, or a material breach. Except in urgent security cases, notice and a reasonable review channel are provided.

8. Intellectual property

The Reseryo name, trademark application, logo, software, interface, design, and platform content belong to Taha Erel or the applicable licensors. Use of the platform does not transfer these rights or grant a general license.

9. Availability and liability boundary

Reseryo takes reasonable measures to provide a secure and accessible service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or force majeure.

The relevant business is responsible for failure to provide its service, service quality, staff, on-site payment, and unlawful business conduct. This does not exclude liability arising from Reseryo’s own fault or mandatory law.

10. Changes, law, and contact

These terms may be updated for product or legal changes. Material changes will be announced through appropriate channels and apply from publication.

Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions and appeals may be sent to support@reseryo.com.
