1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between Taha Erel, owner of the Reseryo trademark application and operator of the platform, and the individual or entity creating a Reseryo business account. The person creating the account confirms authority to represent the business.
Completing onboarding, publishing business information, or using the panel constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
2. Service scope and role
Reseryo provides an online profile, service and availability publishing, booking request intake, calendar, customer records, and notification infrastructure. Features vary by plan.
Reseryo is not a party to the business service. The business provides the service, sets the price, receives payment, and remains responsible to the customer.
3. Business account obligations
- Keep business identity, authority, contact, address, service, price, duration, and availability information accurate.
- Limit account access to authorized staff and maintain current roles.
- Maintain all licenses, permits, professional qualifications, and insurance required for the service.
- Do not publish misleading, unlawful, or third-party-rights-infringing content.
- Disclose service, cancellation, deposit, no-show, and refund conditions before booking.
4. Plans, subscriptions, and fees
Reseryo may provide a free plan with limited capacity and paid plans with higher limits or additional features. Current features, limits, term, and price are shown before selection.
A paid plan requires separate confirmation and payment. Renewal, cancellation, invoicing, and any refund conditions follow the commercial terms displayed at purchase. Reseryo does not convert a free account into a paid plan without business approval.
5. Booking management
A customer submission is a booking request and becomes final when approved by the business. The business must review requests within a reasonable period and accurately record approval, rejection, cancellation, and no-show status.
The business may mark a no-show only after the appointment starts, based on the actual attendance record, and within 72 hours. It must reverse an incorrect mark, provide records reasonably requested during a dispute, and must not create misleading or systematically inaccurate no-show records.
The business may set cancellation, deposit, and no-show rules, provided they comply with consumer law, are visible in advance, and are proportionate. Reseryo does not collect customer payments; collections and refunds remain between the business and customer.
6. Customer data processing addendum
The business is the controller for booking and customer data it determines for providing its service. Reseryo processes this data on business instructions as a processor, while acting as an independent controller for account security, platform operations, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
The business agrees to request only necessary data, provide an appropriate privacy notice, establish a valid legal basis, and respond to data subject requests. Reseryo does not use processor data for unrelated commercial purposes without business instructions.
- Both parties apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
- The business limits account permissions to operational need and maintains staff access.
- Suspected data breaches are reported promptly and the parties cooperate in investigation.
- At termination, data is deleted, anonymized, or returned subject to mandatory retention periods and backup cycles.
7. Health and other sensitive data
Health-related booking fields may be used only by healthcare businesses legally authorized to request the information. The business is responsible for data minimization, a separate notice, valid explicit consent or another applicable legal basis, and enhanced safeguards.
For health data concerning a person under 18, the business must separately manage the parent or legal guardian notice and authorization process. General terms or a preselected box do not constitute health-data permission.
8. Content and communications
- Publish only brands, images, and text that the business owns or is authorized to use.
- Use customer contact details only within the booking and service relationship.
- Obtain required marketing permissions before promotional SMS or email and comply with applicable preference-register rules.
- Do not publish harassment, discrimination, misleading advertising, or unlawful content.
9. Limits, suspension, and termination
Feature and record limits follow the selected plan. Access may be proportionately restricted or suspended for limit violations, security risks, misleading information, unlawful customer-data use, non-payment, or material breach.
A business may request account closure through support. Existing booking management, mandatory retention, and data return requests are reviewed before closure.
10. Intellectual property and liability
Rights in the Reseryo software, design, brand, and documentation belong to Taha Erel or applicable licensors. The business receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreement and within its plan.
The business is responsible for its service, pricing, payment, staff, licensing, consumer disclosures, and published content. Reseryo is responsible to the extent of its own infrastructure and fault; mandatory liabilities cannot be excluded.
11. Changes, law, and contact
This agreement may change with the product, plans, or law. Material changes affecting price, core features, or processing roles will be notified before taking effect.
Turkish law applies. Questions, termination requests, and appeals may be sent to support@reseryo.com.
