1. Scope

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on reseryo.com, panel.reseryo.com and admin.reseryo.com, and the on-device storage used by the Reseryo mobile apps. The controller's details are in the Privacy Notice.

2. What we use and why

2.1. We use only:

  • technologies that are strictly necessary for the service to work (sessions, security);
  • technologies that remember choices you make (language, region);
  • aggregated measurement tools that do not use cookies.

2.2. We use them to provide the service you ask for and on the basis of legitimate interests.

2.3. We do not use advertising, retargeting or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, before any such use we will add a consent panel that offers accept, reject and manage options with equal prominence.

3. Cookies and storage items

  • reseryo_locale (Reseryo, first party): remembers the language you chose or the one in the address bar (11 languages). Duration: 1 year. Type: preference.
  • reseryo_country (Reseryo, first party): remembers your country or region. On your first visit it may be set automatically from your browser and language settings; you can change it at any time. Duration: 1 year. Type: preference.
  • reseryo_locale (panel addresses): stores the business panel's language preference. Duration: 1 year. Type: preference.
  • sb-…-auth-token (sometimes split into parts such as .0 and .1; Supabase, first party): keeps you securely signed in. Duration: until you sign out, at most 400 days. Type: strictly necessary.
  • reseryo:booking-resume:{business} (sessionStorage): restores a booking in progress after a redirect such as Google sign-in. It holds the time you picked and your name, phone number, e-mail, additional guests and form answers. Duration: until you close the tab, at most 30 minutes; deleted once read. Type: strictly necessary.
  • reseryo:notif-seen:{area} (localStorage): remembers which announcements you have seen in the notification area. Duration: until you clear it. Type: preference.

4. Measurement tools

4.1. Vercel Web Analytics produces aggregated measurements such as page views and device type. It does not use cookies; it counts visits using a daily-rotating hash that is not stored.

4.2. Vercel Speed Insights collects page speed measurements.

4.3. Sentry stores error records in its EU data region; IP addresses and request bodies are not sent.

4.4. We do not knowingly send e-mail addresses, phone numbers, health notes or form content to these tools.

5. Third-party links

If you choose Google sign-in, you are taken to Google's page, where Google's own cookie rules apply. Map directions and social media links open the relevant site when you click them. Our pages do not embed third-party maps, videos or social media content.

6. Mobile app

The app stores on your device: your session, language and preferences, and your push token. Location permission is optional. Your location is used on your device to find businesses nearby and is sent to the operating system's service (Apple or Google) to turn it into an address; it is not sent to Reseryo's servers. You can manage notification and location permissions in your device settings or on the app's Permissions screen.

7. Managing your preferences

You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, sign-in and booking may not work. You can change your language and region using the selector on the page.

8. Updates and contact

We update this policy when the technologies or retention periods we use change. Questions can be sent to support@reseryo.com.
